No, the current page that I found with the numerous input values does not validate. This page has 15 errors.
There are roughly 35 errors on the homepage and 15 errors in secondary page in the HTML checker. On the CSS validaor, there were a total of 26 errors on the homepage and about 15 errors in the secondary page.
I would rate the site's desgin as a solid 6. I thought the site was rather plain but, it has nice and easy tutorials to follow if you are using the site.
I would rate the site's usability at a 8. I would rate this site this high because it is easy to follow along with the teachings and it is nice to have a site where you can demo the information you are learning to make sure you are learning it right.
Yes, I think that this site would meet its purpose in teaching someone how to code different techniques in CSS.
